How do I track my order?

On home page you will see "track order" click and enter your "tracking id" which we send you via email or whatsApp.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping will be absolutely free on spending above Rs;4000, and spending below, Rs;250 will be charged as delivery charges.

Where are you located?

Our Zarwa HQ and Customer Service team are located in Faisalabad Pakistan, Apart from this we do not have any branch in Pakistan.

I need to cancel or change my order!

These things happen! Please drop a message immediately on our whatsapp number 03215059494 or you can call us. we will cancel your order without asking. even if your order is dispatched we will return it.

I have an issue with my order, what can I do?

Something went wrong with your order? Don’t worry, our zarwa team is ready to resolve the issue. Please contact us to advise of the issue.

How do I use a discount code?

Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Have a special someone who you think needs a product from ZARWA in their life? An zarwa products is the perfect gift! You can ship an order directly to that lucky lad or lady by entering their address as the shipping address, and your own as the billing address. after that contact our whatsApp number 03215059494 drop a message inform about order no and transfer the product amount to our bank account or jazz cash. plus we don’t include any value invoices inside the box as any receipts are sent directly to your own email address. It’s that easy!

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

how and when you ship our order?

Once we receive your order we try to ship within 12 hours. we use the Leopards Courier Service for your order.
